We’re so glad you’re here! Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but our goal is to make the process as comfortable, supportive, and effective as possible.

3. Intake Forms & Initial Session

During this free 15-minute phone consultation, we can discuss a little more about what is bringing you to therapy at this time and what your goals are for treatment. I am also happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding therapy. 

After the consultation call, if we decide I will be a good fit as your therapist, we will go ahead and schedule the first initial session. Prior to this session, I will send over some paperwork to be completed. As always, throughout the process I am available for any questions or concerns that you may have.
